Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused supplies in their original packaging, ensuring that all labels, ink cartridges, or scales are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid return shipping label provided by our support team and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
